As many of you know, we have sponsored Erin since 2000 when she became Colorado’s first canine fire detective. The support for Erin was enhanced by you, our loyal customers, with your attendance at many fund raisers through the years and culminated in her formal retirement ceremony at Willow Run in June of 2008.

Since Erin’s retirement we, along with Jerry Means her CBI Handler, have continued our fund raising efforts to build THE NATIONAL FIRE DOG MONUMENT. Again, thanks to many of you, we are over one third of the way to total funding. A site has been donated at Fire Station No. 3 in Washington D.C.; Colorado artist Bunny Hanley has prepared a rendering; and Mike Capser has completed a painting of the monument along with the fire station where it will be placed.
